[Finished] Written in the stars (BTS)
  • Alina
  • I felt exhausted and drained out by the time we arrived at the house. I was almost dozing off on who I presumed to be Taehyung when we finally reached the house. I climbed down from Taehyung’s back as I looked at them.
  • ‘I’ll um go bring you some clothes,’ I said, recalling how I ended up seeing three out of seven naked already. Just the thought of it made my face feel hot. The wolves nodded and I tried to hurry towards the spare room.
  • My whole body ached as I walked. It felt like every bone in my body weighed more. My muscles still felt like they were on fire and my neck was still somewhat burning. Each step felt like it was made of lead.
  • I stopped by the kitchen door and frowned upon seeing the mess of broken glass and furniture. I sighed as I continued towards the spare room where I kept the things I did not need. I turned the door knob and pushed the door open. I switched on the light and went towards the shelf.
  • I took out a box full of male clothing that used to belong to Junsu. He was a werewolf who used to belong to the same pack as me. We had been sent to different orphanages and then met coincidentally when he was in trouble. He had lived with me for some months and I had bought him some clothes which remained here when he left.
  • I grabbed the box and started heading downstairs. I walked slowly until I reached outside and placed the box on the ground.
  • ‘Please choose anything you want. I um… I am going to go wait for you inside,’ I said as I felt my cheeks burning. I could see three of the wolves almost as if they were laughing while the others were looking at them.
  • I gulped and hurried back inside as I rested against the wall. I closed my eyes as my heart raced inside of my chest. I shook my head trying to clear the cobwebs while I headed towards the kitchen.
  • I stood by the door, a frown on my face. ‘What a mess,’ I murmured as I started putting the chairs in place. I grabbed a broom and started gathering all the broken glass until I heard footsteps.
  • ‘Alina, what are you doing? You need to rest,’ I heard Jimin saying as he grabbed the broom from my hand. I turned around, ready to speak, but it was like the words got stuck in my throat as my eyes fell on the four new faces. They were all so handsome.
  • I felt the now familiar burn on my forearm and I looked down at it. I saw the remaining stars fill with colour as did the rest of the tattoo, making it look stunning. I looked up as all four of them were looking at their own tattoo in awe.
  • ‘I can’t… I can’t believe this…’ one of them said. He was tall and had broad shoulders. He was truly handsome with a face that seemed to have perfect proportions.
  • ‘Well, you better believe it Jin because this is finally happening,’ Jungkook said laughing.
  • ‘We’re finally all connected together,’ the tallest one said. ‘I’m Namjoon and I am so pleased to finally have met you,’ he said as he gave me a slight bow.
  • ‘Trust me, I’ve been waiting for this day just as much as you have,’ I said, unable to hide my smile. ‘What about you three. Who is who?’ I asked to which they laughed.
  • ‘I’m Jin. I’m the eldest here and obviously the most handsome,’ Jin said with a wink. I heard Jungkook groan while Taehyung and Jimin were both chuckling.
  • ‘I’m Hoseok but I’m mostly called Hobi or Hope,’ Hoseok said. This one was tall, lean and had the most stunning smile ever.
  • ‘I guess I’m the only one remaining,’ the last one said with what looked like a gummy smile. This one was shorter than the others and had paler skin compared to them but he was still so handsome. ‘I’m Yoongi,’ he said.
  • ‘Sometimes we call him Suga to tease him,’ Jimin said while I looked at him confused. ‘He likes to appear tough and sometimes cold but he is a big soft toy inside and he really cares a lot. He’s as sweet and pale as sugar,’ he explained.
  • ‘Yah! Stop it Chim,’ Yoongi said, a bit of a red tint to his cheeks. ‘Don’t listen to him. Alina, it’s truly an honour to finally meet you,’ he said.
  • ‘The honour is mine,’ I said as I looked at each of them. My eyes rested on Taehyung’s arm and wrists and I frowned slightly before I approached him. I grabbed his hands and brought them closer to me.
  • ‘Wh—what are you doing?’ he asked but I just put my right hand above his wrists. White light emitted from my hand as his wrists began to heal. I heard a gasp as they all peered to look. His wrists healed quickly and then I moved to his arm. I placed my hand above it as white light emerged once more. This cut was deeper and required more of the healing magic.
  • I felt my head pound – between having used healing power earlier today and then the whole experience at the hunters’ house, I was drained.
  • ‘Alina, stop, you’re going to hurt yourself,’ I heard Taehyung say as he went to stop me, but I did not move. I focused more until all the wound was healed. I looked at him as I slightly wobbled but he was quick enough to catch me.
  • ‘What’s wrong with her? Is she okay?’ I heard Hoseok ask as I leaned against Taehyung.
  • ‘She’ll be okay. It’s just using her powers like this, especially the healing power tends to drain her,’ Jimin explained and I could not help but smile at how attentive they were to every word I said.
  • ‘She does look exhausted. She needs to rest,’ I heard Namjoon say. ‘Do you know where her room is?’ he asked.
  • ‘No,’ I said as I straightened up. ‘I um… I want to sleep next to you,’ I said. My cheeks were burning and all seven of them were smiling.
  • ‘What if we create a warm, wolfy space for you?’ Jin asked as I looked at him confused. ‘We often, although not always, sleep in our wolf warm in a pile,’ he explained.
  • ‘That sounds cosy,’ I said with a smile as I nodded. ‘We can stay in the living room,’ I said to which they nodded.
  • ‘Give us five minutes so we can get out of the clothes again and we can set the living room. Leave the glass and whatever. We’ll clean in the morning,’ Yoongi said as I just nodded.
  • ‘Here, sit here for now,’ Jimin said as he pulled out the chair for me. They were certainly treated me as if I was fragile. I sat down and I watched as all four of them hurried to the living room.
  • Before I knew it, I heard a low howl, almost as if they were calling me. I stood up and walked to the living room where once again I looked in awe. Thank goodness my living room was huge because right in front of me stood seven huge, magnificent wolves. They all laid down, almost forming a circle, leaving a space for me in the middle. I took off my shoes and laid down there, instantly engulfed in their warmth. ‘Good night my boys,’ I said as I closed my eyes.
